OUR AGENCY WAS ESTABLISHED BY A GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS WHOSE MAIN CONCERN IS PROVIDING QUALITY CARE TO PATIENTS IN THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOME.
We provide services to homebound patients with a wide range of diagnosis. Pursuant to Title VI, of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1975, Brilliant Health System, Inc. does not refuse services to or employment to or in any other way or discriminate against any person on the basis of sex, age, sexual orientation, mental or physical handicap, race, color, religion and ancestry or origin. SKILLIED NURSING
SERVICES
Skilled nursing services are covered when they’re given on a part-time or intermittent basis. In order for skilled nursing care to be covered by the Medicare home health benefit, your care must be necessary and ordered by your doctor for your specific condition.
PT THERAPY,
OT THERAPY, AND SLP SERVICES
Medicare/HMO uses the following criteria to assess whether these therapy services are reasonable and necessary in the home setting.
MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES
These services are covered when given under the direction of a doctor to help you with social and emotional concerns related to your illness. This might include counseling or help finding resources in your community.
MEDICAL SUPPLIES
Supplies, like wound dressings, are covered when they are ordered as part of your care.
